Highly recommend Andrea Cottier, of Harris Real Estate to anyone that values getting the most out of their property sale experience. Andrea is highly knowlegable in the SA market and assisted us in working through the sale of our mid market property 5kms from the cbd. There was no sales spiel, simply professional, well educated advice and honesty. At her recommendation, the house was given a freshen up for good presentation, furniture rented via a company she was able to put us in contact with, and we took up her recommendation on advertising and marketing. Our expectation was for a sale within the first month and to achieve market price. With Andreas help, we had multiple offers, and the house sold at what we considered a premium in the first week of advertising. Throughout the process we were provided with regular updates on performance and feedback. Prior to sale we were extended all market information, and post sale our hand was held all the way to settlement. Our property was handled with respect and left in a positive state post open, and it was always a pleasure to recieve her calls.
