Andrea worked solidly to sell my house for me. While the house itself is lovely with lots of light and space, it is located near a busy highway and is built of 4 levels so it was not everyone's cup of tea. She was very good at communicating both with myself and prospective purchasers... she was genuinely interested in the people she was dealing with and in understanding their needs. For a range of reasons beyond her control we had a couple of false starts in selling the house, however she stuck with our agreed strategy and delivered on a sale at the higher end of my expectations.
