To begin with Andria was always on time for appointments. She then gave a clear and honest appraisal of our house together with it's valuation which was right on the knocker with the eventual sale price. She was enthusiastic about the sale and had people interested from Day 1. It was sold only eight days later for right in the middle of the advertised price range. Her advice for house-preparation was very helpful, and the pre-sale procedure (photographer, script-writer etc) went very smoothly and on time. The over-all service rendered left nothing to be desired.
