Andrea helped the reviewer buy this property

Professional, approachable, knowledgeable real estate agent

Andrea was friendly and well informed about the property and the state of the market, and responded promptly to questions and queries. Information provided on the likely price range was in line final price (by auction) so ensured we were able to stay within our set budget. So, Andrea met expectations as a good, competent and easy to work with real estate agent. The other agency staff we dealt with were efficient and accommodating of the odd error on our part when finalising the deposit. The online auction process and expectations were well communicated, and the technology was simple to use and trouble free.
