Generally you should be very cautious about letting someone you've never met sell your house, but when I needed my investment property sold I contacted my manager who put me in touch with Andrea. To this day I've still not met Andrea, just conversations over the phone. Initially, she told me what in the property needed fixing and what was acceptable as is. She suggested advertising strategies and ways in which I could save money. She then told me I could $X for my property (all agents do that!), but Andrea got it! She also told me it would sell by then, and it did. I don't recommend Andrea because she sold my property, I recommend Andrea because she took care of me as a client whilst she was selling my property. She was fair, kept me up to date and I felt valued. Selling your property will be one of the most stressful times in your life, but Andrea will make it easier for you. Still never met her though!
