I used Andrea help to sell my fathers home at 15 Blamey Road Stanhope when he passed away about 4 years ago - she was excellent, Fantastic - 10/10 so Andrea was the only one I thought of to help to now sell our home - her knowledge is great but I really found this time that I was doing the work 1/I found I was having to call her for feed back after viewings or people going through our place 2/ after 2 weeks of NO sign out front after first discussed - I had to follow up again to arrange 3/ I also rang her to ask where things are at with a customer that had had 2 looks - to be told a offer had been made (would have thought this info would be passed on asap) 4/I never really felt like I was the client 5/ Settlement was on 4/10/2017 but H&G never forward the remains of the deposit into my account until 5/10/2017 - this was only done after I followed up - Very Frustrating over all 4/10

We had been on the look out on the internet for sometime, although not really knowing what we were after until we saw it up close. Andrea was most obliging in showing us through several houses within a short period but none of them were what we were after. She was very good in showing us through the houses ,pointing out all the things that would appeal to us and even taking into account our need to have room /garage for our caravan . Andrea's knowledge of the houses she was selling was excellent. After about a month , two other houses came up for sale that appealed to us , Andrea didn't hesitate to organise an inspection at a time that suited us . She was always on time and we found it easy to talk to her in regards to the properties we viewed. We made an offer on the second property a few days later , once again, if she said she would ring at a certain time she did just that within a reasonable time. During the price negotiations although we were after a house as cheap as we could get , it was refreshing to know that Andrea's main concern was to get a good price for the home owner and was up front when we were discussing prices .
