The agent came from a recommendation from a friend who had experienced bad agents in the past. After attending the office to request an inspection for sale, it took my friend to make a phone call to follow up. There was a lot of hype for the excitement of selling the house, however attention to detail and customer service is to be desired. Promises of good communication, however felt like it was 'just in time' as the phone call to confirm photographs was only a couple of days prior to the photographer. Needed to follow up with the agent at 11am day prior to the open inspection due to there being no sale board being put up (was put up at wrong location). Agent underestimated the amount of interest and was understaffed on the day of inspection. House was left unlocked on 2 occasions and communication skills are not a strength.
