Andrea is a professional but also maintains a healthy horizontal relationship as well. She was extremely patient and remained courteous under pressure. Extreme pressure at times. I would use Belle Realty again because of the professionalism of Andrea Ross!
Andrea always had our best interest at heart, she was honest and realistic in regards to the property's appraisal from the get go. Very upfront about what we needed to do to achieve the optimum sale price for our property. Our home was sold only minutes after our first open home, and a contract and price was accepted 24 hours later. I honestly cannot recommend Andrea Ross enough, we were very grateful for everything she did for us, not just the sale of the house, but the process leading up to, and then the final stages of exiting our home. Such a lovely and caring agent, who went as the caption states above and beyond. Andrea made me feel very comfortable so i could be open and honest with her regarding the reason to the sale of my house. She was very accomodating towards my unfortunate situation, that she done everything in her power to help me out. To add value to the property, Andrea went to the lengths of clearing out one the rooms, fixed up the holes, sanded, painted and transformed it back into a bedroom. Now thats top service right there.
