i am trying to be nice as much as I can but it was a very bad purchases experience, all the problems I had and the extra money I paid was because of her poor real state management to the existing tenant and lack of attention during inspection and finally misled information to just close the deal. I will simply walk away if I saw Ray White Merrylands in any open home inspection.
