Overall happy as I was expecting around 740,000, got 805,000. Initial appraisal was 850-935k.
Communication was good to me but market knowledge was a bit out re the appraisal. Advised me that my solictor is no good as too slow to respond to her request, the solictor is a good friend of mine so this comment didn't go down too well with me. Achieved a good result for me so I am happy.
