I first met Andrea when my elderly mother bought her unit in helensvale , back then I was impressed with her “non pushy “attitude and she really seemed to care about both seller and buyer without compromising eithers interest . We felt it was a good price as we were going to renovate drastically to my mothers standards 😬 Fast forward three years and due to horrific circumstances we lost mum 😔 Andrea was the only person I was going to call in regards to closing the estate , I have bought and sold several properties personally and not once have I fully trusted the agent I have gone through due to their “forceful “dealings , on both sides of buying and selling , except Andrea . Her compassion and patience , her empathy and counseling 😔through this sale has been a god send , I asked a price that has not been achieved in the estate before , due to the absolute love and quality of the finishes . It is difficult to put into a brief paragraph how great is was that I found Andrea on my first attempt at sourcing an agent in Qld when I live in Nsw. I was lucky enough to find someone with both years of knowledge and compassion and had an instant trust in Andrea's ability to handle the whole sale from start to finish remotely.
