Excellent communication throughout sale process

After meeting several agents, Andrea stood out for me as she was down to earth, positive and realistic. I had many a phone call to and from her, I didn’t ever feel I was being a nuisance! She was extremely accommodating, nothing was ever a problem to make our lives easier. This was my late parents home so it was a very sensitive sale process, selling our family home. Andrea was understanding and supportive especially as myself and sister lived in Brisbane, she was happy to check things at the house weekly including scooping the pool! It was a fair commission rate and we didn’t have to pay any other fees such as advertising or photography. We got an offer within a week and we were more than happy with this. The whole process was smooth and went without a hitch including payout of sale proceeds.
