As investors we put a lot of time into studying the market trends and right from our first dealings with Andrea our thoughts and hers totally corresponded. we listed our property right as the local buying frenzy was coming to an end. We set an original price that in a continued frenzy was possible but the way the market cooled we did not draw a buyer at that price. As we did not have to sell quickly, on Andrea's advice as to timing and by what amounts we adjusted our price down a couple of times to find the new market value judged by the market itself. Once in the right range to attract interest Andrea, Sarah and the teams expertise came into play and we were kept up to date on dealings and feedback from potential buyers. Once a satisfactory offer was in place the deal was negotiated in a very timely manner.
