Selling our block of land through Tuckers real estate was an enjoyable experience, made even more so by Charms Belts who was extremely thorough and diligent to the sale of our block of land.

We found Andrea very approachable, genuine and professional in her efforts to understand our situation and manage the process of sale between the vendors and ourselves. We are very happy to have had Andrea and her team manage our purchase and would highly recommend the Agency to others. We would however like to pass on some feedback about the process we experienced when more than one party was interested in purchasing the property. The process, which I suspect is common to other sales and agencies within the industry, was clouded with a lack of transparency. The process involved two potential purchasers with no way of verifying the existence of each other, bidding in a 'blind' fashion to attempt to 'guess' a figure that tried to maintain what we thought was a realistic value of the property whilst attempting to out-bid the other party. It felt like an awkward process when considering the large amounts of money that we were working with. We appreciate the difficulty of managing a backwards and forwards bidding process, trying to do the best for both vendor and buyer, however that is how a regular auction operates. If we had missed out on the property because of this process we would have been very disgruntled. A clear solution to this is difficult to picture, but possibly engaging a 3rd, totally independent party in some manner may help...?? At the end of the day we were the fortunate party to have secured the property and we look forward to an ongoing relationship with Andrea and the Agency. We must emphasise that these comments aren't intended to be critical of Andrea or any of her staff that we have had contact with. They certainly rest easily at the top of the list of the numerous agents we have dealt with over time & we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them or using the agency again should the need arise.
