I had been planning to move out of Melbourne for some time. I had been working in Tokyo for years. I chose Ballarat because of its proximity to Melbourne and its Victorian Heritage. Andreana was selling the property that interested me. She was helpful and flexible which was important because arranging dates and selling my property in Melbourne was difficult. Andreana was honest from the onset of our purchase. I informed her of my inexperience in purchasing a home and I feel that she has gone above and beyond what is expected of an estate agent. I would highly recommend her services. She happily answered questions I had, that was not her job to answer. I had issues with my conveyancer and Andreana guided me where she felt there would be no conflict of interest for her client (the vendor), and if a conflict arose she clearly apologised and stated that she is not comfortable answer or guiding because of the conflict.
