My rental property was in Collingwood Park, QLD, while I live in NSW. I had been thinking for a while about selling it but was avoiding doing anything about it, it all seemed too difficult. Andreas contacted me (called calling). I shared all my concerns with him. He was sensitive and supportive and waited patiently for almost two years for my decision to list. Andreas liaised with my tenant offering to find him a suitable alternative house, and with my then property manager. Andreas then introduced me to half a dozen excellent tradies, as the property needed to be fixed up. He helped me supervise the tradies, then staged the house and put it on the market. Everything he said he'd do - he did it. Rang me up and briefed me after every open. Introduced me to a great settlement solicitor as well. Everything was completed without my needing to travel to QLD and in fact we never met. I developed full trust in his ability to deliver what he said he would. In fact, I received two offers from competing agents to give them an opportunity to sell for me and I was not tempted at all. I believe I received as good a price as was possible, given the sudden shift in the market and my decision not to waste time. With his professional attitude and personal integrity Andreas will go a long way.
