I always found Andree to be highly professional, very friendly, with excellent presentation and she had an excellent understanding of the local market. From our first meeting she was a total professional with a friendly demeanour. Very happy with the outcome...a sale within the 3 month contract period. The price was a little lower than hoped but this was no reflection on the effort put in by Andree and team but on the age of the house and current market.

Andree is a highly skilled agent that represents the seller in a very professional manner. As a buyer I found her to be 'not too pushy' but wishing to exchange contracts in a timeline that suited the seller (as is her role). Do not want to elaborate too much on the above, however, her communication regarding the market and potential buyers cost us a considerable loss on the eventual sale. The whole process was drawn out and costly due to her poor lack of understanding of the market and providing us with inaccurate information, in order for us to be able to make sales decisions effectively.
