Just wow! We had decided to get a valuation on our home to see if we wanted to consider selling. Upon contacting Andrew, he made a superstar effort to come out to us that day, discuss what we were thinking and go over what the market was doing and the pros and cons of selling. The next day, he did a valuation on our house and we decided to go for it. We set everything in motion on a Tuesday, and by Saturday he already had a massive turnout at the first open home! He did so well we also had a number of offers come through and accepted one. Within 4 weeks of our first meeting, we had sold our home... Having sold a home before, we had no expectations that it could be so smooth and seamless. Andrew handled everything from communications with the buyer, negotiating settlement terms, he ever handled our Tennant's and endured they are were happy and cared for during the whole process.
