Andrew Adcock was extremely professional in managing the sale of our property. From the minute we approached him for advice on the sale of our 80 acres of land, Andrew guided us through the process. As first time vendors we were guided by his valuation through research and he knew where we stood with the price in negotiations with prospective buyers and liaised with our Accountant with the complexity of GST. Adcock Real Estate can manage Rural property sales well. Andrew's communication was excellent, keeping us up to date at all times even after business hours.
