What a fantastic result by Andrew and his team. Who would have thought that four weeks ago when we met Andrew at the Barry Plant Sunshine office, that a) Andrew would be the agent we would entrust to sell our property, b) the fantastic result achieved and c) the feeling that agents actually care about their vendors and not just their commission. Selling a property is never an easy process, couple this with a separated family and it was the perfect combination for a stressful period of time. However this was never the case with Andrew. He kept all parties involved, had an innate understanding of how emotional this process was and most importantly was always up for a chat (not always property related). We cannot recommend Andrew enough.
