The property came on the market but I had a holiday planned before the first inspection, he organised me to view the property before I went away and we communicated while away. He wasn't pushy and allowed me to relax on my trip which I really appreciated. When I got back it took a few days to organise the paperwork and we just kept up communication which made it a surprisingly easy. Wow, we have been so impressed with the complete service from start to finish.
