Andrew and the team at Home Estate Agents were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful in taking on the property sale from start to finish. Buying or Selling property can be a very stressful exercise but the team at Home Estate Agents walked us through it step by step and kept us in the loop all the way. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to any potential buyer or seller of property.
Andrew is a reliable agent and helpful to negotiate the price to our buy
In the end it was the teamwork of Andrew and Phillip at home estate agents, who made it happen for us. The passion and experience helped tremendously by Andrew. No other agency has offered to us that degree of service. Quality service in the end and my wife & I felt so comfortable throughout the process in makes you fell happy that things are so easy with Andrew. Looking forward to our next purchase with Andrew and Home estate agency team.
Andrew has been our agent for the property during it's 4 year lease before the auction. After the sale and because the new owners wanted a 14 week settlement I needed to have the property rented urgently. That afternoon after the sale the property was rented immediately which gave me another 3 months of rent. Fantastic result seeing it was rented close to Xmas traditionally the worst time of the year to rent newly listed properties. Amazing work by himself and his team. Andrew is not your typical estate agent. He places you first. 90% of agents in this area have no passion and only have you as a number and make unjustified selling prices to hook you in. Andrew never did that and communicated with me right through the entire process with were the property was at according to the market and was calming during the very stressful auction process. Forgot to mention that the property was sold above what my expectation was by $220,000.00. There is no better estate agent in this area. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to perspective investors and home purchasers in this area...............in fact I will be using Andrew again for investing purposes shortly !!!!!!
Andrew was excellent controlling the process of selling our home. I believe he went above and beyond and provided us with outstanding service. His efforts helped us achieve an outstanding sales result with was a direct result of Andrews hard work. I highly recommend Andrew and his team if you are looking at selling.
To whom it may concern, My wife and i had spoken to three local agents prior to calling Andrew from Home estate agents and we new after our first meeting with Andrew and we both agreed he is going to sell our property. As we said to the other agents we will give you a call back when we make our decision but in actual fact my wife and i pretty well decided to use Andrew based on our first meeting as we were very happy with his professional approach and unlike the other agents we had spoken to Andrew took the time to listen to us as we had lived in our property for over 20 years and it was a very emotional decision we were making.Every thing he said he would do he done with the utmost professionalism, and the little things like advising my wife on the things that should be done on open days and what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale, his advise was very helpful, we both felt Andrew went over and above his duty as an agent and i would not hesitate to recommend his service to any body thinking of selling or buying. Andrew was as i said the fourth agent we spoke to and we genuinely felt he was a cut above the rest as his style made us feel as though he was making it all personal and that in turn put us at complete ease.
i do recommend him for all business dealing he is trust worthy
Andrew was prefessonal and friendly from start to finish and then some - he maintained a follow up ater the sale had gone through to make sure we were happy with everything. Andrew went beyond with what he did to get the best possible sale price for us - the photographs for print have to be mentioned as a high light he would probably like to forget - having to get in there himself and make the house look sale ready as our tenants had not done a great job at it themselves, a big thank you for that one Andrew.
19th October, 2015 Andrew Anastassiou Home Estate Agents 335 Maroubra Road MAROUBRA NSW 2035 Dear Andrew, PROPERTY 214 FITZGERALD AVENUE, MAROUBRA I am writing to express my complete satisfaction and gratitude with you as my Real Estate Selling Agent. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your honesty and initiative and how down to earth you were. You provided me with outstanding advice about how to prepare the property for the Auction, the interior photos were amazing. You promptly always returned all phone calls. You worked hard, illustrated a great understanding of contract details, negotiation etiquette, documentation and the current market. From the beginning and throughout the entire Auction process you were always on top of it and you were quickly available when I had questions. You were professional conscientious and motivated and I always felt as though I was your only client. Your local real estate knowledge and attention to detail was invaluable throughout. I am confident that the reason I was able to get the price I hoped for was through your expertise. I really appreciated your calm reassurance and expert advice throughout the entire process especially in this changing real estate market. You were the outstanding professional I was looking for and having you work with me made a nerve-wracking negotiation before Auction a wonderful success! Thank you again Andrew. Kindest regards, Helen Lazaros
The experience we had selling our family home of over 70 years was extremely positive. The sensitivity, professionalism and knowledge of selling our home was of the highest quality. In what was a sometimes emotional sale of our family home, Andrew was very accessible, helpful and confident and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. I'd like to thank Andrew for his hard work in getting a great result for us and for being a polite, nice person in the process!!!!! Pamela Vose
Andrew did an amazing job, from getting the property ready for sale, arranging the photographer, sign board and adverts to the negotiation of the sale. He kept us informed all the way along of the progress and was a delight to deal with. We also have a lot to thank him for as we got a sale price well over and above what we ever could have imagined and ahead of auction!
