Andrew worked hard to sell my property and to sell me my new property. He was empathetic, considerate and thoughtful in everything he did . He made great suggestions but was also mindful of my position. He kept me up to date with what was happening at all stages and always responded promptly to my enquiries. Great job, Andrew.

Andrew was great, always an email or call away! Very helpful!

Andrew did a great job for me. He was professional and enthusiastic.

Have worked with Andrew several times over the years and again this time found Andrew to be professional, friendly and specific in his advice and delivery and is always a pleasure when the process is straight forward, simple and easy to understand with everyone on the same page. Andrew and the crew at Scottsdale deliver the same high standards of service and this is why I look forward to utilising them again on the future. Thank you

So greatful to Andrew and his team for their professionalism, can do approach and Andrew’s down to earth nature with a big smile!..Our property sold within 10 days in Winter!…One month settlement suited both parties!…Highly recommended!!!

Andrew was a great real estate person to deal with. Would rate him as one of the best in the area , always trying his best to find the market and someone to sell to, I would deal with him again no worries at all ?

Andrew was wonderful to work with. Friendly, professional & knowledgeable.

Andrew provided a service that was of a high professional, personalised and experienced standard. We highly recommend him as an agent.

Andrew was friendly, easy to get along with and listened to us all the way through the sale process. Andrew always kept us informed and conducted himself professionally at all times.

Knowledge was exceptional and communication was excellent

We really appreciated Andrew Bennett’s honest, straightforward, no-nonsense approach. He is friendly, helpful and diligent. The most important factor, however, in choosing Andrew to sell the property is that he is extremely trustworthy. Thank you Andrew for a job well done.

My experience with Andrew Bennett has been all I could have hoped for. I had not met Andrew until we discussed the potential sale of the property. Andrew outlined potential of the property and the options he thought would best suit a sale. Having agreed to an option, he gave me a time frame, a potential price and he kept me informed regularly. Within the expected time a sale had been arranged. I could not have asked for more.
