We met with Andrew after another two agents from other real estate companies (we didn't let him know that though...), we found his local knowledge and general demeanour to be what set him out above the others so signed up on the spot. We were in what we thought was a unique situation but were guided through it and ended up basically with exactly what we were hoping for (financially). This was our second sell in 5 years and at the very least we would definitely recommend Andrew for a house evaluation as we found it honest and ultimately very accurate, and if nothing else it helped us understand exactly what we were getting into with a sense of trust we were going to end up with best result, which we did... Can't really think of anything bad about the sale so 5 stars across the board.
