From the start Andrew and his team detailed how they would go about selling my house . They provided a spread sheet as to what they would do and when it would happen. They stuck with the schedule and time lines exactly! Very impressive in my view. Any questions I had were quickly answered and I was regularly kept up to date as to what was happening I trusted his advice on a number of occasions and was never disappointed His advice as to the likely price range for the house proved to be accurate . I interviewed two agents before accepting Andrews offer to sell my house. He very much impressed me on that first occasion as there was no "hard sell" just good advice Such was the quality of the service Andrew provided ,should the occasion arise to either buy or sell he would be my first choice. It was great interview with Agent Andrew Bloom with length of explanation regard selling , presentation , action that was needed and procedures. Everything was quick to my surprise with great organisation, I was fully involved and informed in every step. Everything was organised for me I had no worries or concerns if so they were resolved quickly . Presentations were to many customers with a great outlook. The sale went through with good price .
