I signed with Andrew at Sanders in December 2019, for an anticipated sale date of 24/03/2020. Interest in the property was phenomenal. Andrew suggested moving the sale date to 17/03/2020. I agreed. Then the COVID-19 crisis hit. As expected property sales fell and the attendance at the auction was disappointing. However, Andrew and his team were able to coax an excellent price from buyers. Although slightly below original expectations, the final offer was excellent.
