We are an elderly couple who have lived in the same home for 51 years and have no experience of real-estate dealing so we cannot give comparative rankings. We did find him well prepared and with a good sense for how much, how and when our house should be marketed. He shared written plans for action and provided written updates as the plan progressed. We found him readily available to respond to questions and suggestions. He gave good advice on how to prepare the house for inspection. The whole transaction was surprisingly easy and stress free.
