The sales campaign attracted lots of enquires and we had 68 groups inspect the house, and on the day of the auction had 8 registered bidders, an indication of the successful sales campaign that Andrew conducted. Throughout the sales campaign, Andrew briefed us regularly with the results of the open house days both verbally and in writing. As well as giving us the factual information he shared with us his impressions of the visitors as well as the visitors’ feedback regarding the property and price range and their likelihood of bidding for the property at auction. He also fed back to us and offers that were made for our consideration. Andrews record keeping was methodical, well arranged and with sufficient detail for us the feel part of the sales campaign. On the day of the auction Andrew effectively worked the bidders encouraging them to maintain their bids. He kept us informed throughout the auction and helped us make informed decisions regarding varying our reserve price to keep a sense of life in the auction.
