Main sales agent did not make any contacts during the process of purchasing this property. Following the purchase of the property we found various issues with the property that weren't disclosed or potentially concealed by the previous owner and/or agent. A few months later I received a cold call from the agent saying how much they sold another property for on the same street and said I had a good deal on the property. I mentioned my disappointment with the agent service and the issues I felt weren't addressed during the sales. The agent was quick to end the phone call and avoided having any further conversations or discussions. Furthermore, I received multiple calls asking if Ray white could manage the property. The sales experience was poor, as a result felt their property management service would not be any better. Overall, poor experience and would not recommend.

We would definitely recommend Andrew he was great during the whole process of selling our investment property from start to finish. Andrew went above and beyond to market and sell our house, he was always professional and approachable with any questions we had. We live interstate and with the difficult times during Covid19 Andrew maintained excellent communication and provided regular updates throughout the sale process. Andrew also ensured that the current tenants in the house were informed and onboard during the sale.

Andrew & Grant are very good at keeping informed about inquiries, state of the market, etc, and realistic selling price, advice re what we needed to do to sell the property such as getting a building and pest report, they worked hard to get us the best possible price, but worked hard to get a realistic sale - so happy on the short campaign and sale. We sold our last home around 13 years ago with Grant and bought this home with him at that time, so was happy to sell with him as a trustworthy family company, Grant and Andrew

Would recommend Andrew to sell your next property, he is a great communicator that keep you informed with every steps of the process promptly, excellent at handling difficult situations to keep all parties involved happy.

Great team skills shown within Ray White and other agents. Also good negotiation skills with allied professionals e.g. solicitors, bank staff. I highly recommend his services
