Andrew gets what sellers want and what buyers are looking for in a house. He understands there is a story behind the house he is selling and that there is still more a house can give for the buyer. He did his best to make sure everybody in the process got what was fair.

We had used Andrew previously and he had bought over 60 groups through the house but we weren't really committed to selling at that stage so held out for a price higher than the market at the time (which was going down). Andrew didn't pressure us at the time after doing a great job and getting two offers on the table. Andrew is everything you hope for but typically never get in an agent. My experience with PB and Andrew was such a pleasant surprise. I do believe the PB business model helps to provide a transparent system of selling and buying, but having Andrew to guide both buyers and sellers through the process really made the difference. Andrew is a no nonsense, experienced businessman that is committed to working with integrity in an industry that is sorely lacking - no flashy car, no 3 piece suit. But I’ll tell you this, he worked more for me than any other agent I’ve ever experienced. He councilled me to spend LESS money on preparing the house, he DOWNSOLD me on running an auction (he felt it was not the best strategy - and he was right). I was interstate during the sale, so Andrew prepared the house for opens, attended building/pest/pool inspections, arranged for the final clearing of the house before settling - all through his own initiative and commitment. I could not recommend Andrew highly enough, actually if I had a job open in my team I would hire him.

Andrew was wonderful. He built a relationship with us and nothing seemed to be to hard for him to do. Andrew kept us informed at all times even when nothing was happening, which is not the case with other agents we have dealt with. Andrew had our back in the negotiations and we received a price that we could live with. He also kept us to task with what we were required to be doing during the sale, which was great as the last night the buyer got cold feet and was going to cancel and Andrew relieved her fears and the settlement went through on time.
