Andrew was very clear from the beginning regarding price feedback from buyers as well as owners expectation. As we approached the pointy end of negotiations , he let all buyers know offers were being made and ensured the owner was fully up to date. This was a fully transparent transaction with all parties aware of the situation. This is how a property sale should play out with no games and purely fact and reasonable expectations . As a Buyers Agent I sometimes come up against opaque behaviour where it is surprisingly hard to buy from a willing vendor. In this case everyone knew where they stood and my buyer paid more than they expected to but felt it was a fair transaction and it was worth it as they knew there were many buyers interested. That’s a perfect transaction for all parties.
