I have had Andrew Brown as the Managing agent for my property in Anglesea for at least 3 years and I have been using his firm and its predecessor for about 10 years. Andrew has been the main contact person for rental issues , property maintenance, property management and recently the marketing and sale of the house. Andrew is very responsive to my comments and emails and I feel at ease to rely on him for advice on actions to be taken at the house as needed with tenants as I do not live in Anglesea. His ability to take action after giving me his recommendation is a great credit to him. Recently I have been through a process of sale , but not with an auction at my choice. The sale initiative I started was more an opportunity to assess the market. The sale by private treaty worked well. The house and garden were upgraded for the sale with earlier photo shoots coupled with recent shots adding to the attraction on line of the house. Andrew took steps to complete the upgrade and tidy with minimal directions from me other than some general comments about appearances etc. Everything went to plan. The final sale process was seamless with Andrew exhibiting a good understanding of the needs I had in the sale process including price point for a sale ; that I was not in a hurry to sell; and associated matters with the deal that allowed any purchaser to see what was on offer and to appreciate the position I had adopted.
