Sale of Jimboomba house and land

We recently sold our property in Jimboomba. We selected Harcourts to sell our house and it was just chance that we got Andrew, but we are very happy we did. The house had been a rental property and we knew it would need some work, but an initial inspection by Andrew told us the most worthwhile improvements to achieve our desired price. By following Andrew's suggestions and a joint decision to stage the empty house we achieved our full price in a matter of days. And we had a back up offer. You can't do better than that.
