Wow what a tough year 2020 has been for house sellers! We had one agent from another firm (shall not be named) who tried to pressure us to accept an offer more than $50k below where we eventually sold it. After dropping that agent, I went to Butler. Good man. He knew what we wanted and made sure he got there. And he sure did in what has been a roller coaster property market. Absolute gun!
