Andrew has a thorough knowledge of the local area and housing market, and he represented the property sellers interests well. Very easy experience all round with Andrew. Kept us up to date at all times. The only negative (not with Andrew) was the fee for advertising, over $1100. They might have spent $200 tops. Absolute rip off and we should be refunded some of that back.

On first meeting Andrew we found him to be very friendly, fair and most importantly honest. He was always available to answer our questions even the stupid ones.
