Sale of my house

I engaged the services of Andrew Campbell and Buxton Brighton to Auction my property after a failed and very disappointing Auction Campaign with Marshall White Brighton. Both Andrew and Stefan were very Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and honest; unlike the experience 2 months earlier with Marshall White. My property sold a week before the auction date for $100,000 more than previous agent was able to achieve at the auction where it was passed in; that's a staggering difference in two months and I put the success down to the experience of the Buxton team. They also saved me the stress of having yet another auction and having to fly from Interstate again. I have bought and sold many properties in the Brighton area with other agents and I must say that in future I would only use Buxton. I would rate them above all other agents in the area. The service was impeccable, the advice on presentation improvements was invaluable, their photography and marketing material was spectacular, their feedback after each open home was prompt, detailed and concise and the end result achieved was beyond my expectation... I would strongly recommend Andrew & Stefan, Buxton Brighton if you are selling your property... you won't be disappointed.
