Andrew was recommended to me and from the outset worked very hard to get the sale. He would give regular updates and had the property sold after the first viewing. Unfotunately due to circumstances out of his control, the buyer pulled out, but he had it sold again within a week. Compared to other agents I had previously spoken with, Andrew seemed to want my business the most, and had a modern approach to selling which I found lacking with other agents. My property ended up selling quickly for more than I was originally hoping for, so I cannot be more grateful.
