After excellent "word of mouth" we first contacted Andrew on Wed 5th September re selling my apartment and he and Aimee came to our home on Friday 7th to discuss the business. We found them both well-presented, courteous and very obliging and helpful. He suggested asking $265,000 which fitted my feelings exactly, so they went into great detail how the campaign would go, and left us feeling good about the whole business. We told him that we hoped we could get a buyer who would be buying as an investment and would lease it to us for 12 months. After a couple of interested prospective buyers, we signed a contract on Thu 11th October and Settle-ment was on Fri 16th November, so only 10 weeks from "GO to SOLD". And I've got to say that Andrew and Aimee and all their staff took care of everything in the process without any hassles, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who might require the services of a really good real estate agent. Re the comment hereunder re "Below my expectations", I was a bit disappointed and maybe if we'd hung out a bit longer we MIGHT have achieved more but, the 12 month's lease saved having to look for other accommodation and move in a hurry, (especially as I was in the hospital for a month during this process), and we have everything the way we want it here. So, considering all this, I was happy to accept the offer.
