Its a very scary process selling your family home after over 55 years. Selling your home not because you want to but because you have to due to ill health. Andrew was extremely supportive during the whole process. Every stage was explained thoughtfully. The closer it got to auction day the more nervous we became especially with the market changing so quickly and negatively for sellers. We felt confident in the changing market information that was shown to us that we could make informed decisions. Andrew did work hard for us to get the best outcome. We were on edge on auction day due the negativity in the media about sales at the moment. I was surprised at the skill that was shown during the auction. You could really see the experience of an auctioneer who is good at their job. We really felt that we achieved the best possible price. It was definitely the correct choice in selecting Andrew as our agent.

The guy is all talk and lies. Can’t even pull 3 bidders for a high value property. Very dishonest and deceitful. I wouldn’t allow him to come close to my neighbours property.
