I bought a property for $385K in Coomera QLD and 18 months later it was valued at $320K. Andrew advised this type of property you should keep for min 15-20 years but due to the expenses and tied to a SMSF, it was not viable. 6 months later Andrew called me and advised the property a few doors down sold for $378 and the market had shifted.
