From the beginning Andrew knew the story behind the property ,why we had chosen him and why it was our time to sell. Even harder was the details of how we needed the property handled to achieve a sale for us . Andrew had spoken to the owner of the property a few times apparently during letterbox drops, and l was told by the owner ,when the time came to sell , that Andrew was "a very friendly chap, knew the area ,and seemed as though he knew his stuff and looked very smart in his suit". We meet with Andrew ,we were told selling history of the area. What would be the best selling tools and best way to get the property sold. We felt comfortable with Andrews knowledge .He was always on time, kept in contact ,and informed us on any potential interest in the property. When we decided to sell we did the usual due diligence and brought in 4 local agents. I found that 3 were playing very safe and giving a low price range and were dead against auction even with low stock numbers. Andrew was the only one game enough to suggest a higher price and to let the market decide by auction. We attended a property auction nearby that Andrew had listed previously. That property sold for a very healthy price and was the clincher for us to finally pull the trigger and put our home on the market. We were given a very clear plan for our campaign, all questions were followed up promptly and the right amount of communication was given and very clear instructions were provided to us to help maximise our chances for achieving a successful sale and very healthy price for our property.
