Andrew and I met at a property, he came highly recommended by a mutual friend. Andrew immediately came across as reasonable, thoughtful and careful. He didn't promise, or sell anything that he didn't believe. During the sales process he was a great communicator, and always available on the phone if we needed to make changes, or ask questions. Even after the sale, he went out of his way to ensure that we had a good time in the new property.

All was good until 1 particular conversation over the phone that left me feeling cheated and disrespected.. I called Andrew after I had paid for trades to come out to do the pest and building inspections to let him know what they had found and to keep him in the loop. After letting him know about a few minor issues and where I was at he cut me off and interrupted to say to me "Look are you interested or not as I have a lot of interest on this property" This was rude for interrupting to start and to say this after we had already discussed how I loved the property and it was our dream home and area and after I had just spent $600 on the inspections and had driven down twice from Sydney, there was no evidence to say I was not interested.. This made me feel disrespected and tainted the whole situation of buying a house as he treated me like just another number. Apart from that one conversation everything was fine and I liked Andrew and we got along. But this did taint the experience a lot

Poor Andrew had to deal with us calling him constantly but he was patient and answered every question we had and if he didn't know, he would respond as soon as he found out. Andrew was fantastic, professional, friendly and was communicating with us constantly. 10/10 thank you Andrew for making our first home buying experience a good one

Andrew was really helpful throughout the whole process of buying our home. As first home buyers it can be quite a daunting task! Andrew really went out of his way to assist with taking some of the stress out of the process by providing lots of information and updates on how things were tracking on the other side.
