From the first meeting Andrew’s warm and open personality made it easy to communicate and align on expectations. He spent the time to genuinely understand the history of my home and was able to identify the real features of the house then create them into the key selling points to highlight to prospective buyers. He was realistic in setting price range expectations backed by rationale I could tell was built on experience and up-to-date market analysis. During the period of sale market conditions changed to become more challenging and Andrew was proactive in offering more flexible approaches to maintain buyer interest. In the end I achieved a price above the midpoint of the initially set range expectations, maybe surprising even Andrew himself! A ‘local area expert’, he was always available, being very diligent in keeping me informed with any developments and the state of buyer interest all through the process. He worked hard to make the whole process of selling the-long term family home as low stress as possible - and mostly succeeded!
