Although I used a buyers agent, I saw the house initially with Andrew on my own. We had a great rapport and he was knowledgeable about the details of the house including its history, and particulars of the sale. Andrew helped me to negotiate to include some of the furniture in the contract as I was very taken with how the house was presented and staged. We had some fairly protracted negotiations but Andrew was available and fair throughout. Following settlement, Andrew helped me to resolve a plumbing issue even though this was by no means his responsibility. He even moved my lawn while he was helping to resolve the plumbing issue. Andrew went far above and beyond the normal brief and it's my pleasure to see him regularly at my yoga studio. I count him as a friend now.
