In a fast selling market it might have seemed an easy proposition to successfully sell any property. Not so. We were quoted quite a variety of sale prices from different agents, the low ones designed to return a quick buck to the agent's pocket no doubt, and the high ones designed to grab business even if the prices were unrealistic. Andrew's pitch struck me as being a genuine effort to get the best price for us. His advice about what to do to prepare for the sale was a wise compromise between what we ought to do and what we must do.
