In a fast selling market it might have seemed an easy proposition to successfully sell any property. Not so. We were quoted quite a variety of sale prices from different agents, the low ones designed to return a quick buck to the agent's pocket no doubt, and the high ones designed to grab business even if the prices were unrealistic. When he came to give the original appraisal he went from room to room and was very complimentary on our styling choices but gave us ideas to further improve what we'd done.
