I did find the process of finding a local real estate agent daunting however I chose Andrew Crowhurst from Hayes Winckle because he understood the difficulty I was having in listing my home because of attachment reasons. I believe Andrew to have a high moral compass. Honesty and a genuine belief in integrity was to the fore. He remained in contact throughout the sale/auction process so that I was always in the loop. Andrew gets my 👍 (Thumbs up) . I don't believe there is much loyalty when it comes to choosing an agent but I would certainly use Andrew again and would not hesitate to recommend him to all.
