During the sale process, Andrew would always ring me with a few hours to communicate how that day's viewing went [sometimes in was late at night]. I just wanted to say thank you Andrew for your professional service that you and the team provided in support of the sale and settlement of the apartment. I was really impressed by the constant communication from yourself and your team and attention to details. I found this extremely reassuring, particularly given that I am based in Western Australia.
