It was a pleasure buying a new property through Yass Valley Property's Andrew Curlewis. Andrew and his staff made the process stress free and easy. Andrew was always available when we needed him and was happy to answer any questions we had, both during our property search and then the purchase. We would certainly recommend Yass Valley Property for any real estate needs.
The whole team was fantastic, but greatly appreciate Curley's honesty & help. A fantastic agent, showed us through a couple places; understood our needs & notified us of places relevant to us. Fantastic service & would highly recommend Yass Valley Property to everyone!! Would be our 1st choice in town for future use.
We had an unusual property to sell and pricing it was difficult. Andrew was most helpful and we felt that he genuinely cared for our business. He maintained a cheerful manner throughout and was good at returning emails and calls.
Andrew always makes you feel Comfortable and his confidence and easy going nature makes his dealings fun yet very very professional I remember buying my first home from Andrew a few years ago. My experience then was nothing but a pleasure and my recent sale and new purchase has been no different. Real estate agents generally dont have a good reputation and are always caught out in their lies, BUT Andrew and his team at YVP are quite the opposite. From the minute I called to get a valuation and look at selling, to the minute we decided to sell and exchanged I was given nothing but exceptional service, honesty and very helpful and honest advice. I was kept in the loop the entire process and every time I called with a question, Andrew and his office staff answered the phones, or I had a call back that same day.....AND our home was listed for no more than 5 days before we accepted an offer that was in the ball park of what we needed to get. I also have my rental property managed through these guys and Loren is an absolute pleasure to deal with too. Being a family run business, you can really see the personal touches and approaches in all aspects of their business. Again everything is easy, I am always kept in the loop and nothing is ever too much trouble Their are a number of agents in town and I have had dealings with some in the past, and I can honestly say that Andrew and the Yass valley Property team will always be my number one choice. I can not recommend them highly enough. If you want a painless, truthful and pleasurable process in buying and selling call Andrew and the team today. It will be the best decision you can make I would also like to mention Hugh Mcdonald at Davis Faulkner Solicitors in town also. They too have made our process a pleasure, they too are very honest, quick responding, trusting and extremely friendly. From Ann at the front, to Hugh to Sophie....they are the perfect combination of what professional represents. Thankyou everyone

We really appreciated having Andrew as our agent. His years of local experience, quality advertising, advice for preparing our house and his fabulous staff were unsurpassable. I highly recommend Andrew and his team.
We purchased this property as an investment with Andrew from Yass Valley Property 4 years ago. He gave us some excellent advice & guidance at the time & we have been very comfortable with our investment since then. Although we intended to keep the property for longer as so often happens life got in the way & so we decided to have a discussion with Andrew. Once again he was spot on with his appraisal & also advised to hold off for a while as he felt that the market was “heating up” Andrews advice served us very well as we achieved well above our original estimate. The whole process of buying & selling with YVP has been stress free & the timing of the steps to achieve our goal has been excellent! We have no hesitation in recommending Andrew & the team at Yass Valley Property to anybody interested in the real estate market in Yass & in fact couldn’t recommend him highly enough! Thanks for all your efforts Andrew.
Thank you Andrew and all the team at Yass Valley Property for the professional and quick sale of our property.
Andrew and his staff were always helpful, easy to communicate with and provide a great service.
Andrew is a brilliant agent as he keep me well informed and was very helpful when it came to advise. Because of what he knows of the current market his advise was invaluable, my property sold very quickly.
Andrew and his team at Yass Valley Property, are a hard working, honest and professional. Andrew did a fantastic job at selling our home, reaching a price that was over one hundred thousand higher than other local real estate agents that valued our home. We are really grateful for his hard work and all the staff at Yass Valley Property. Our house was sold within a few short weeks, he took away all the related stress that comes from selling, and it was a really positive experience. I would highly recommend Andrew and his team to anyone that is interested in selling their home, he really is an outstanding real estate agent.
Andrew was very helpful when we first went to Yass Valley Property. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process very easy for us and we were very happy with the outcome. I would recommend him to anyone selling their house.
