The whole experience from the first interview was professional, with excellent advice. We never felt that Andrew wanted to push the sale, but was really good at listening to what we wanted. Even when we were not even sure what we wanted, having never sold before, he was able to give us balanced information so that we could make the right decisions for us. We were three owners, so not straightforward in terms of that decision making process, but it was always patient and unhurried. He was able to secure a lot of inspections during pandemic times, and enough good serious offers for us to feel comfortable with accepting the final buyer. This was at a price $100K over the original valuation, which was a price we were very happy with, and much quicker that we expected for our unusual property (less than 6 months, where we had imagined it might take more than a year).
Can't rate Andrew highly enough. He never flagged with my hard-to-sell rural property, making many, many visits with interested buyers until the right set of circumstances fell together. He is extremely patient and hard working, always returning calls and happy to discuss the sale even many months into the process. He knows every track and trail in the district and brings a heap of experience that gives confidence in his advice. Always friendly and cheerful, and so are his office staff. Andrew is a real estate agent you can trust without the slightest doubt.
