It was obvious that Andrew Curren is a man with many years experience in the real estate business, both as a Marketing and Sales Consultant and as Manager and Principal of an agency. Andrew excelled in getting everything involved in getting the house listed etc promptly, coming up with great marketing ideas to make my home stand out from the others, drafting a brochure that required minimal change, giving me timely and useful feedback from open homes, ensured there were a good number of bidders to help engender a good price on auction day and achieved a price well beyond my expectations on the day - in fact, $70,000 above my expectations. Andrew made sure that the whole process kept moving efficiently. He was always courteous and most helpful with his advice. I was aware generally that it is always better to market your home with a large agency with a good number of homes on the market in the area your home is located. This turned out to be very worthwhile for me again, as Andrew and his colleague Sally McCallum, who assisted him in marketing my home, were able to spin off potential buyers from their other listings in the area and bring them to my home.
