Andrew stayed the course with open houses, impromptu inspections, and follow-ups with prospective buyers until it was agreed that we needed a Plan B. Due to circumstances we needed to sell the property and the only viable option was to reduce the price. Andrew agreed. We agreed on a lower price and the sale was quickly forthcoming.
Andrew had good knowledge of Nerang which I appreciated. I was happy with the marketing costs and had good results reasonably quickly. Communication was good throughout and settled without issue. Would recommend.
